ICMER2023 is the 7th international conference organised by the Faculty of Mechanical & Automotive Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah
The conference was intended to provide a forum for discussion, sharing and dissemination of ideas and expertise among researchers within and outside the UMPSA especially postgraduate students across Malaysia.
The conference is also an effort to foster the implementation of the latest research with a culture of innovation in the field of rapidly growing mechanical engineering technology.

The 4th ICMER2017 is the continuity of the NCMER2010. The year of 2010 represented a significant milestone in the history for Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia with the organization of the first and second national level conferences (1st and 2nd NCMER) at UMPSA on May 26-27 and Dec 3-4 2010.
The Faculty then has changed the name from National Conference on Mechanical Engineering Research (NCMER) to International Conference on Mechanical Engineering Research (ICMER) and this year of 2023 will be our 7th ICMER.
